Dendrobium primulinum is totally deciduous,that is, it looses all its leaves.Once the leaves start to turn yellow in the autum it is time to with-hold all water until new root growth is clearly seen.
Here's a link to further explain ,It can be seen that this plant is now starting to produce its new growth and also flower buds are developing on last years cane.
