Wilcat flower size?

Okay, I let temptation overcome me and bought another orchid.
Unlabled, but blooming gorgeously.
From looking at pics, I think its a columnara wildcat 'Bobcat'...
BUT
The one I bought the other day (yes, I'm rapidly getting addicted)
that was just labled 'Wildcat' has flowers that are about 1 1/2 inches across, while the new one has two inch flowers.
Do wildcats come in diffderent sized flowers, or is it an age thing, or is my new one something else?
No pics available, sorry, I'm a low-tech person...

first of all... I'm sorry Sharon, but you are well and truly addicted

but hey, don't feel bad... join the rest of the wonderful folks on here whoa re as crazy and smitted about orchids as you... (except for me, I'm just crazy!)

So, this Wildcat of yours... because it is a replica (or to use the proper horticultural term) a mericlone of an original plant ie 'Bobcat', then the variation in size of flower will only be through maturity and health of the plant and good growing environment.

That, I guess, is why at Orchid Shows, you will see many of the same plants but one will come first etc etc... it all comes down to us as well... if we do right by our orchids, then they will reward us with a nice flowering.

And, of course, there are many different types of Colm. Wildcats. I have a Wildcat 'Chadwick' and a Wildcat 'Something Else' (heehee)

I was thinking the same thing as Mehera - there are many Odontocidium Wildcats (no longer called the Colm genus), and there easily could be size variation between the different cultivars.

My earlier buy just said 'wildcat', and is colored totally different from my 'maybe' bobcat.
Still haven't figured out which one the original is.
Is there anywhere that shows pics of the different named wildcats???

That would be harder to find, but you can search the Web and maybe you'll come up with some different pictures.
