    Isn't this a cutie? I bought this Onc several years ago this is it's first good bloom

    It is a cutie Cin! So's the giant pink fingernail!

    Does it get even enough moisture in FL on a mount? That would worry me.

    Interesting rattail orchid! BTW, these guys like it on the drier side so mounted or open basket work best for them.

    Julie,

    An equitant Oncidium is known as a Tolumnia... these are the small, stolonous, fan-shaped Oncidiums...

    So THAT's what the Rattail blooms look like! I couldn't imagine. Really cute little guys. And what is the red flowing shrub in the background of the first pic?

    The red flowers are from the coral tree, I don't know the real name but I believe it is in the Jatropia family
