Really nice...I'm starting to like my phals smaller and smaller!

*Disclaimer: Do keep in mind that I bought it in spike about a month ago so I can't make any claims as to having its growing conditions down pat. *

Thus far it seems pretty easy. It is mounted and is in a terrarium. Humidity in the terr generally is somewhere between 62-75%. I try to give it a soak once or twice a week but if all else fails at least mist the roots.

Another plus was that it wasn't a terribly expensive plant to purchase.

Is it mounted? I am considering what to do with a piece of cork bark I won as a door prize at our last meeting and was considering mounting a phal or two on it, maybe my Mini Mark? This one would be a perfect companion or maybe a totally different mini species/hybrid?
I keep toying with buying some cork bark panels for use as a back drop in my larger terr but just down't want to spend the $. [Problem with being rather tight with a buck]

Keep in mind, Steve, that Mini Mark can get rather large, outgrowing "mini" status. This one, however, should remain quite small.

I saw a Phal parishii yesterday - it made me think of your post. I had no idea how SMALL they are - they were so cute. They had lovely plum coloured lips too.

I seem to remember there being some discussion on here about whether or not they would really be parishii or is it lobii? Anyway, I loved them!

My Phal. parishii has decided to give me one last bloom. I will post later tonight
Does anyone know if P. parishii is fragrant? I thought I detected something, but then I couldn't smell anything if I put it up to my nose.

Well my parishii x lobbii was so I wouldn't be surprised if the answer was "yes"
