I really like this orange beauty. The plant is nice size--larger then mini, but smaller than standard catt. It has fragrance, but it's sort of a 'simple' flower fragrance.

You know guys, this is a little record for me, because usually my catts produce a single flower and this one has two doubles! Must be the increased fertilizer or something. I have lots of other plants in flower and spike too!
Sorry about bragging, but I couldn't help it.

What a truly hideous color. Mail it to me at once so you don't have to suffer with it.

That's a beauty Ania! Don't worry about the bragging, it's what most of us probably want to do when we see a spike

Mine doesn't get any special treatment. I have it in the strong sun location and water it once a week. Sometimes divisions need a very long rest period after being separated from the "mother plant". I have one Laelia that is just sitting there since last Fall. I have been keeping it on the dry side and spraying the plant and the top of the growing medium every morning...

Are you sure this is a mini? It is double the size of my other minis. I would call it a petite standard.
