Hi i have a holcoglossum kimberlliana and i want to know how to grow it properly. My night time temp is around 14-15 degree and day time can go up to over 30. Can you put holcoglossum outside during summer time???
I bought one last year and haven't bloomed it yet. I have it growing in a wood basket without any significant medium. I water it frequently while it is growing. I gave it a short dry winter rest. Your high temp is fine but your low temp may be a little cold for it. Intermediate to hot. Light level around Oncid/Catt light. It is reported to be a fall bloomer. I have mine in a greenhouse, so I don't plan on moving it outdoors. I have read that it does better mounted on cork or treefern.
