Default Pot. Memoria Shirley Moore 'Newberry'

    Holding breath...... Fingers crossed.......
Got this little lady a couple of months ago. She had a big bud on her at the time. Unfortunately dumbhead (me) left her outside the RV in a state park overnight and some hungry rascal chewed the bud off and munched some of the leaves. She seems to have forgiven me! This is getting fatter by the day.

That nice new growth with the flower sheath should make you smile again soon. It may have gotten eaten, but these little plants are tough. I have several rescue plants that got munched on and they are now thriving again.

Heeheehee. Well, ummmm, yes, actually, we do. We take the ones close to blooming or in bloom so we can enjoy them on vacation. They ride in the shower in the RV while we are on the road and we set them out to enjoy while we're camping. (and we'll NEVER leave them out alone in the dark any more!) The only problem is we usually come home with more than we left with so some have to ride home in the sink!

And here she is! She's not quite fully opened but she's beautiful to me. Enjoy.
