Haven't seen this mule-eared onc before. Are the flowers in the pic fully open?

    Bruce,
We're looking at a new house that includes a large garden room for my orchids! The addiction never ends.

You said it , Chris. I'm going to add another 12 ft x 10 ft to my existing lathe house.Waiting for the rains to stop to start on it. It has been raining daily almost for a month now. From yesterday non-stop for 26 hours recording more than 155mm of rain. Some low-lying areas in my district are already flooded and the people there are on standby for evacuation if the rains continue. Luckily my house is situated on higher ground and safe from even the worst of floods.

Good luck with your house hunting.
