I noticed the first spike on Sep. 13, the day after IKE. Now it's almost ready to open the first bud. I know, be patient. It has the second spike with several buds forming.

You can totally see the noodosa in the shape of the buds! Orchids certinly teach patience!

Hi, I haven't posted much on here, but I can't wait to see your Bl. Yellow Bird bloom! Mine has one spike with multiple buds on it....I could only imagine how exciting it would be to have two spikes! Congratulations!
