    Default Aerides maculosum

    I think I would have posted a pic of this plant last year though not fully showing the spike to its fullest extent. I had a film developed recently and got a reasonable pic of the whole spike. Color isn't great but the spike will surprise. Its in spike now but off flowering for some time yet.

    In the old scale or current, the spike was 28 + 3/4 inches long.
