Default Need advice on whether I need to split and repot orchids

The pictures are of my Brassia and Paph plants that have just completed blooming. The Paph has about 10 plants there if I count the little upstart plants. I am afraid they will fail to grow if I keep them in this pot. The Brassia, I'm finding that it is having a lot of issues with its biggest leaves turning brown at the tips and wilting/drying up.

Both the orchids seem to be in sufficiently big pots. Remember orchids do best pot bound.

I agree, both orchids could stay in those pots for a couple more years unless the medium is breaking down.

Thanks everyone for your responses! I've grown orchids before but ended up sending them all to plant heaven. I don't know what attempt number this is, but it seems to be my most successful one yet since I currently have 24 established plants and 40 seedlings from flask that are doing well. And have been able to nurture two Nodosa's to spiking. = ) I'm always afraid I'm making them go through a slow and painful death. BTW can anyone help me identify what this is on a couple of new Dedrobiums I've picked up?

Hey come on, you can't possibly do send them to orchid-heaven on purpose. You still grow them and do it with optimism! Look at them as if they are constantly on the move and be happy with them. I sound crazy when I talk to them but the positive energy is what they need more than a good medium and a perfect watering regime. I am sure whenever you are stuck and don't know what to do ... we have amazing people here to help you/your orchids out.
