Cymbidium - brown leaves

All the leaves of my cymbidium orchid have started to go yellow and brown from the tips down. They also have little tiny black spots on them. See the attached photo.



I've also noticed, however, that some new green growth has emerged which doesn't have any brown/yellow/black spots on it. Any ideas about what might be causing the brown leaves?

In terms of what conditions my orchid has been exposed to, it's outside on a balcony which is a little sheltered, temperatures over the last month on average have ranged between about 13 degrees C and 24 degrees C, I haven't watered it much recently as it has rained at least every 4 or 5 days and I haven't ever fertilised it.

Any tips or suggestions most appreciated!

You said it is happening to all the leaves at the same time?
The wilting leaves look like normal aging for the cymbidium leaves. But it would only be normal if it happens to one or two leaves every now and then.

The temperature range you noted is within normal parameters for most cymbidiums, so I don't think overheating is the issue.

Other than normal aging, I would suspect dehydration. Excessive water can also lead to dehydration if the roots have drowned and died - thus it cannot take in water.

The black spots look like fungus setting in, which is usually a secondary effect when the leaves are dying and lose their natural defenses.
Again, this is normal for a leaf that is really fading out due to old age.

The problem is that all the leaves are exhibiting this at the same time so the issue would be more systemic.
