sick orchid needs help please

Couple days ago I noticed odd spot on the leaf. Today it looks like this
Can you please help me to save my orchid?

Your phalaenopsis still looks good to me. But new leaves are getting smaller which shows your phal receiving less light than before. Pls move it to a place where it can get more sunlight. Morning sunlight till 11am is good enough. Afternoon sunlight is not good for orchids.

You can spray some fungicide solution to affected area. Or better slice off those affected area & apply some fungicide paste.

Do you pot it in bark mix? Look like your potting medium keeps has depleted. Watch out for it & check the roots.
If it stays wet for too long then it is the time to change potting medium. If not it will lead to root rot.

water soaked appearance looks like a bacterial rot and the medium looks broken. pls treat it immediately with anti bacterial (physan 20) and repot it

Yes. if it is not spread to crown, you could cut it and seal it with cinnamon powder

Is your phal getting cold? The leaves look odd to me. Phalaenopsis like to be warm during the day, with about a 10 degree fluctuation between night time temps and day time temps. If it sits near a window and you live in a cold region, the leaves may be getting cold damage. If it gets worse you might want to update the post. Also, I am looking at the potting materials, which look pretty dark. What is it potted in?? Is that bark?

Do the darkened areas feel mushy or slimy? This is usually caused when the roots are not recieving enough air.

Could you please describe or better yet get a pic of the roots? There may still be more work necessary to save the plant other than fugicide.

Leaves was like that when I bought it, and grow new ones during summer so I don't think it's a cold damage. I repotted it in bark, it's not ideal, but it's the only one I could find around here.

No, they're pretty much the same as normal leaf. It's just a different color and a bit like see through :\

The orchids in my nursery have been doing the same thing. I have one I wish I could take a pic of but my phone died today so I cant. Its not necessarily just cold but temperature in general. Extreme fluctuations (for example here it drops into the 30s at night and can get as high as 90 during day) plus inconsistent humidity can be the culprit. Have u noticed such things in your climate lately?

I think I over water it. I cut the sick leaf and spray it with fungicide, and for past few days I didn't noticed any changes. Now it looks like this:









I hope it'll stay like this and that disease won't spread..
