I got this last spring in bloom and here it is again. The colors are more intense and a bit darker than appears from the photo. It's a mini-catt.

That's a beauty of a mini-catt, Janet. Those leaves look very healthy, too! Betty :-)
Very pretty...and lovely shape!
Beautiful catt. Did you take the picture with flash? If you did then the colour tends to be bit washed out.
Lovely texture here !
Wow! That dark lip is awesome!
Good color, especially the lip. If you would like to update your tag, the cross was registered in 2007 and it is now Rlc. Robert and Michael 'Carmela'
Thanks, but BLC rather than RLC? Or were there other changes too.
Originally registered as a Blc. (Brassolaeliocattleya), a combination of Brassavola x Laelia x Cattleya. The classification has changed for several of the species in the background of this hybrid, at least as far as hybrid registration is concerned. The Laelia species involved are now considered Cattleya, and the Brassavola is a Rhyncholaelia, so this is Rhyncholaelia x Cattleya, Rhyncholaeliocattleya, Rlc.
Love the dark lip. SO rich!!
cheers,
