I'm not that sure seldom I can see the primary hybrid selling here in Malaysia but when I Google I can see a lot of primary hybrid with other species.

Would like to share natural habitat of these species at the altitude of 700 meter from sea level. Compactly growing over the granite stone and ground floors with with relative humidity very high and less light reaching the plants.

Indeed Leigh base on my experience the temperature range between 20 to 23 degree C at night with the altitude 700 meter from Sea Level as the area were surrounded by mountains. The night temperature begin to fall after 12 midnight till early in the morning humidity so high here luckily no dangerous animal attack us when we were there.

Have you tried growing this one from the other areas that produce the different sizes and shapes? I wonder if they would eventually all look alike if you had them in your environment or stay different.

Yup...I gave one of the specimen to my friend and was told the flower so big as compared to the above, sad thing I already erased the photo but one plant with me now is growing very well. I have few plants bought from the local nurseries leveled as nigrum, nigritum,semialba and Peggy Ho( huge dorsal) all are growing very well will post later once they open.Thanks Jack.

Love the pictures from the jungle. The first picture does look very high humidity. Did you start to jungle trekking again?

Very busy for the past few years I'm not sure when I'm going for the jungle tracking again I'm really missed it, really enjoyed together with my friends maybe for the future, indeed I agree with you the forest floor so wet and they will multiply very fast just a matter of time.Looks the above plant below.
