    Default Brs Datacosa 'Coos Bay' AM/AOS



    This is the first one I can take full credit for blooming all by myself. My first orchid 12 years ago was this one, which I quickly killed. After I figured out how to grow them, I got another one, which was doing well until I left for the navy. My mom killed that one while I was gone. I guess the third time is a charm, 12 years and 3 clones later I finally get to see it.

    It's a primary cross of Brassias verrucosa and caudata - here are the parent pics if you're interested:

    Verrrrrrry Nice. I love brassias, but they aren't too thrilled with my growing environment. They get nervous looking at all those catts wanting to expand their turf...
