Looks more like a R. coelestis hybrid to me, I have a few color variants of R. coelestis, they are a bit different, also this is not the right time for coelestis to bloom. Looks like some Aerides x R coelestis

As a follow up. I checked this plant out further with the plant mgr. at the big box store, (they actually had some additional ones in bloom for the holidays), and she tells me its actually Rhy. coelestis.
