Looks like it but you have to be really careful because it looks like you could lose some roots that are attached to the outside of the pot. If that is a clay pot then I would just break it and repot along with any clay shards that remain attached to the roots. I suspect you might have some dead roots inside, carefully prune those away. I would repot it. Don't use a pot that's too big though. Get a pot with enough room for about two new pseudobulbs.
You need to soak the plant first about 20 to 30 minutes than everything getting more easy and can divide into 2 big clump.

If it were mine, I would repot it also.

I did it -- repotted my dendrobium. Hope the two will make it. Used charcoal as the potting medium.
