Tindo, make sure you get one that is a warm grower. When the condition is right, it grows like a weed. My mistake with Barlaeana is that it is a cool grower. I bought it without checking and it was shipped in the hottest day (July). When I got it, it is already in stress. I have since added 4 more masds, all hybrid warm growers.

If someone is looking for the cactus skeleton for mounting, we use them in the pet bird industry for perches. You can find Cholla wood (the name of the cactus) in bird stores and online. It cna sometimes be difficult to find, though.
