Phal NoID

[orchid lady]

Another Phal. that I could not pass on. Anyone has any idea what it is? Looks like the flowers does not open all the way and one of the flowers has 2 lips and 8 petals, all other has 1 lip and 5 petals. The plant itself is not that big as you can see on pic #2.
