Hello! I finally was able to get some pictures taken so I can get some advice! I recently bought a variety of different phals. All of them were potted very tightly in sphagnum moss with very poor drainage. I replanted one right away because it had leaves that were shriveling. It was the first one I repotted and I hadn't read as much so it is a mixture of sphagnum moss and a special orchid mix for phalaenopsis. Should I repot it in only the bark mix? I have repotted all the others but one in the bark mix. The one I haven't repotted is in full bloom and seems to be healthy. As far as the others go, I think with the bark mix I should just soak them to water them? Or a combination of soaking and spraying water through the bark mix? I can't seem to figure out a clear answer on that.
I decided to try mounting two on pieces of wood as well. Do they look alright?
Then I was wondering about my plant stand. The pictures aren't great because of the lights but I wanted to make sure that the lighting was visible. Do those grow lights look sufficient and are they placed ok?
