Sorry for the gross question, but I took my orchids outside for summer camp a few weeks ago, and they are situated under a tree such that they frequently get messed on.
My first inclination is to blast the excrement away, but upon further thought this is probably how orchids get fertilized in nature.
So what do people on the board think? Will leaving the stuff on them burn the leaves, or will
it serve as a valuable (and inexpensive) foliar fertilizer?
