I purchased a Oncidium Shari Baby a month ago. I received it and it’s so root bound in the pot and hanging all out the pot. I have not repoted since it has two spikes about 2 1/2 ft long but not bloomed. Am I correct NOT TO Repot now? After it blooms will it hurt removing some roots? There are so many outside roots I’ll have no choice to get out of the pot. Pics included.
