Giovanna, I have raised three children and did not overly childproof the house. Chemicals and cleaners were out of reach but many objects stayed. The kids knew not to play with them. I had a pair of tall, oriental floor vases that survived raising my three children but one was lost to a clumsy house cleaner a few years ago. I did store the coffee table for every time you see an adult with a scar above their eye it is usually from striking a coffee table during a fall.
