You could also do a listing here in the Member's Grow list section of the board. Only the member who posts her/ his list can reply to the thread, so you can update it however you would like.

I have been working on cataloging my orchids for over a year now. I created a website that is basically a listing of how many, what kind, what size and color, and a photo (if bloomed). I have only been able to do one side of my GH and so much has changed in their over the year, that I will have to go back through that and make additions and deletions. LOL.
