Thumbs up Enc. papillosa x Enc. randii

This was quite pretty! Have 3 spikes on this plant that I just got from an order last week. Not detecting a scent, but sometimes a fragrance develops later on.

I often find unusual combo's when it comes to Encyclias...always a surprise when they bloom!

    I love the lip!
Me too...looks like it's painted on.

    Nice find!

Try the scent again in the morning as I notice my Encyclias are fragrant in the morning, the scent is gone by noon.

Sniffed it this morning and still couldn't find a fragrance...ah well. It's still pretty!
