hi folks,

im uber happy with this guy!
fantastic chocolate color, red/maroon lines and dots running along the lip, 2 little horns above of the orange/yellow column and smells heavenly somewhere in between "trichoglottis" and "v. lamellata".

jim cootes and me identified it according to the only existing drawing from 1955, so i strongly believe im the first one to post some pictures.

i guess my pests "uber loved" it too, as you can see....

very fragrant, as i mentioned above, somewhere in between "trichoglottis" and "v. lamellata".

put it in bright shade mounted, or better on a tree, and not to dry.
it should do well among your tricho's, plant and size is similar.
amazingly this guy is blooming in a young stage, unlike other stauro's, the biggest i've seen was 50 cm tall, maybe they grow bigger?
