    Talking So many critters! *pics*

More pics of critters from today. I found one really weird one that I have no idea what this thing is. The butterflies were out more today but I chased this giant swallowtail forever and it wouldn't land. That thing was bigger than my hand...ah well. I did get one bird shot...the birds were really shy today. Here you go everyone:

    My only bird shot:

Okay...what on earth is this thing? It's kinda cute in a weird way:

This lil' guy was hoping all over the place but I finally got him to sit still for a few pics:

    Some sort of fly...pretty coloring:

This bee was sunning himself before he went back to collecting pollen:

This guy looks menacing but was very photogenic:

This guy was very flighty and I only got one good shot of him:

    The Monarchs were out playing:

    Gulf Fritillary:

And a few other pollen collectors:

    Enjoy!

    Shann~

Sorry the swallowtails were feeling camera shy, but the butterflies you did capture look gorgeous! I especially like the last butterfly picture. The coloring on the photos is great. Also, I like how you can see in so much detail the cardnial's feathers. Great photos!!!

Awww..thanks!! So glad you all enjoy looking at all the odd lil' critters I take pics of.

I didn't realize how blue his wings were until later on when I viewed it on my computer! Quite impressive coloration on that guy.

Thanks all for the positive input! The weather is kinda dreary today. I hope it clears up so I can take more pics.
