I know. After drooling over pictures for a long time, I bought some to try them out. Since the vendor told me the keep them out of heat, I am growing them inside. No sign of spikes yet.

Randy - Unless you live someplace cool, these have to be grown indoors. If you are comfortable in a room then they are. I give bright/indirect light and don't let them get too try. Feed ligthly, like masd. and they should bloom for you twice a year.

Yep ! That is one genera, I have not been able to grow in India and oh boy I miss them !

I wish I could grow milts like that!!! It is just too warm here during the summer. I envy your milts!! This one is particularly beautiful. I like your description of 'waterfall' lip too. It is so pretty. I suspect it is highly fragrant as well. The one milt we grow here is fragrant and I love when it blooms. Nice growing!!
