smwboxer - have you noticed a difference in humidity output between the cool and the warm mist? which is more effective?
is yr warm mist using a lot of electricity? 300W is almost like having a toaster on all the time, it may be expensive to run.
what brand?
anyway usually the warm mist have no filter. probably the heat kills the bacteria.
