Sorry I´m new, and I need some information about this. I bougth this phal, a few months ago, everything was normal until this morning,that I found problems in the newest bud one wilt and the healty one have a few white spots, it is normal?

Welcome to the forum! Bud drop on phals is often caused by a change in the growing environment. Cold draft especially can cause the buds to drop. Often when I buy a local phal from a supermarket the new buds drop after I get them home. Presumably the change from greenhouse to supermarket to my home is too much. The plant usually sends out more buds once it settles in. The other buds looks OK to me. Make sure you keep the temps consistent above 65 F if possible.

It looks like you'll loose the bud on the left in the first picture, and the right in the second picture. It's fixing to blast. The other looks fine. The shiny white specs don't look like a pest - looks more like some sort of insecticide soap. I wouldn't worry about it.

I'm with Todd on a change of conditions. Your plant should be fine now, if you keep it's current environment draft free and relatively stable. Give it some humidity if it's dry in your place. A pebble tray is great for that.
