Cymbidium aloifolium

Hey here are the pictures of my Cymbidium aloifolium in bloom. The flowers are small about 1.5 to 2 inches, but they make up for that with just the sheer no. of blooms. This plant has been blooming right from April. More than 250 flowers in total. But not all at a time. Does anyone have an idea as to how to synchronize all the spikes to initiate and bloom at the same time? And thanks for looking.
