Vanda Roeblingiana

There are varieties of this plant with a deeper, richer red coloration. Unfortunately, I haven't come across those yet from my vendor. Hoping I find one of those someday. Did you see the photo I posted in randy's thread of the outstanding Roeblingiana clone that I lifted from the iospe website? When you see that, I bet you'll totally fall in love with this plant specially that particular clone variety.

I checked and sure enough it's GORGEOUS. From now on i'll be on the lookout for one. Can you imagine what a renantanda, mokara or kagawara would look like with it as one of the parents!

That v. roeblingiana from IOSPE is definitely a clone worth having.... so deep colors and
waxy textures. Oh and thanks for the tip in growing them... at the moment I had it placed
in an area where they can get lots of filtered light and high humidity.
