    Sorry for the late reply guys, been away for awhile. Thanks for the nice comments.
    Yew, thanks for the additional info. Stef, sorry wasnt able to snap a photo of the
    plants, i will try when on their next flowering tho it may be for a while since i set them
    back when I mounted them in driftwood and I have to cut a large portion of their roots to
    get rid of their baskets.

    if it is not too much work would like to see the plant even without flowers...

    I also grow stuff to look at roots and growth - not just the blooms.
    It is interesting to see how other people grow their plants and also in what ebvironment / location / settings...

    Philippines must be ideal!

    Yep the Philippines is really ideal to grow Vandas, as it is humid hot and sunny here. I'll
    see what i can do with the photo of the plants.

    The 2nd spike from my Vanda Mini Palmer x (merillii x insignis) has opened I really love this
    one, and its rewarding me with such beautiful flowers.

    Vandas are my favorite... sadly I am running our of space for them so I have to venture
    into other genus which are equally beautiful....

    Both are beautiful. But if I had to choose only one, I'd pick the second anytime.

    That 2nd one is slowly warming up to me as well... the more I look at it the more I'm liking it.
