(sorry, how can I delete the above post?)
Here are pics of my plant:
The whole plant. There are two flowers on two spikes.
The new spike and the died new growth (the yellow part):
Hope these can provide you more information about my problem.
Thanks.

Good pics, Zhilin. I don't think spider mites are your problem, but a good bath in soap or neem wouldn't hurt. As Karen suggested, please check the roots. Underwatering does not appear to be the problem, but overwatering may be an issue. It looks like a healthy plant except for the new growth = if the new growth is mushy and roots are brown and mushy then overwatering could be the problem, and I think you should follow Karen's suggestions.
I agree. The plant looks healthy except for the dead growth. However, it looks like it could use a larger pot and the medium looks old, so it might be breaking down and holding more water than what would be optimum. I would repot. And, since it is doing a lovely job of blooming for you, I would definitely start feeding it.
Beautiful plant and lovely blooms. Good luck with it!

I very appreciate all your comments. Yes, the media seems have broken down. And this may result in the overwatering, although I generally watered it every 5 days. I will repot it in the next week or maybe this weekend. My last question is, for this plant, what's the size of pot is suitable? 5 inch or 6inch? Currently it is in 4inch pot.
Thanks again
I would go to a six inch pot. And, you may find that watering once every 5 days will not be enough when you get it in some new medium that drains properly.
Thank you all. I've repotted it. The old medium is really decomposed. Hope everything will become fine.
