Talking Bulbophyllum echinolabium species from Boreno and Sulawesi

This bulbophyllum orchid is in bloom for the second time this year. The bloom is a few weeks old. I was just now able to get a few photos. I love the deep red velvet center on this bulbo orchid.

Nice one, Bruce. I have this one but haven't had it long enough for it to bloom. Have you gotten up the nerve to take a whiff of it yet?

Someone asked me last time it bloomed if it was a stinker - it is! LOL

Another bulbo I have always admired but the plant gets too big for my limited space.

Yes, Ron, you can see it is starting to turn yellow and die. Notice the lower petals. I wanted to photograph it sooner, but never got out there with the camera.
