Did you get one of these? I love ours and it is pretty easy to grow in bright light.

I don't think the one i picked up is a true Brassavola, instead, it should be brassalaelia or something like that...

Vincent; This is a finer flower than I anticipated. The beauty in it is in the fine detail and subtle colors. I am glad you posted this photograph. AL

I have one of these which I acquired as a two growth start from a member of this forum some years back. It has become my favorite orchid. It grows in S/H conditions on my lanai here in Florida and it's blooming time is Christmas/January for me. The flowers are white like that of the OP, but the very best thing is the night fragrance. In the still humid air, the most gorgeous scent weaves through the air. It is waiting for it's moth, which will likely never come! But I get to enjoy it every year about this time. :-)

Didn't Cindy post a huge one a few years back? That is what I am aspiring to! Imagine how that smells!
