Very nice colour and healthy plant. I've killed several of these already. How do you grow this?

The best way to grow them in Malaysia is in small plastic pots , those with holes on the sides (the ones used for vandas) or mounted. If in pots, just a few pieces of charcoal so that there is very good air circulation around the roots. The roots should dry out before nightfall.
