Rather than wait to take the picture, I found a couple good pictures online that do a good job of showing the plant - this is Goodyera pubescens. It grows well here in the upper Midwest of the U.S. and prefers a rather acid soil, under a pine tree would be great. Morning sun but nothing afternoon or they will wilt.
