Beautiful lines on the leaves!
Gorgeous, can you grow it in the ground there in Malaysia Zain? Here in the Midwest of the USA we have an orchid that can be grown in the ground with an interesting veining. It is Goodyera pubescens, commonly called the Hairy Rattlesnake Plantain. I will get pictures of it when I remove the insulating leaf mulch in a week or two.
Don thanks, we cant grow in the ground because the temperature is relatively high here and easily dry and for your information in the natural habitat the surrounding where this specie grow very wet rich with humus and relative humidity is very high.Through my experience if the environment is very hot the plant refuse to grow. Looking forward your photo.Zain
Great looking leaves. So pretty, Zain. Looks like electric current running through the leaves.
Cheers,

Rather than wait to take the picture, I found a couple good pictures online that do a good job of showing the plant - this is Goodyera pubescens. It grows well here in the upper Midwest of the U.S. and prefers a rather acid soil, under a pine tree would be great. Morning sun but nothing afternoon or they will wilt.

Very healthy plant. Zainal. Beautiful leaves but unfortunately can't say the same for the flowers.
I have 6 or 7 of this particular plant. I am always looking for more varieties of hardy orchids. Most Jewels would not grow here - it gets below -20F. in the winter. Interesting, in your country they will not grow because it is too hot, in my part of my country they would not grow because it gets too cold. Like with the jewels, it is the leaves and not the flower that makes it interesting.
