Thanks friends for the kind words. I got this plant a year ago from a nursery in a NE state of our country. So far as a rank amateur not much success with the species I have so this must be the easier ones to bloom I guess! Hybrids though seem to be much easier to bloom and grow. Had left my plants under the care of my daily help for two weeks out on our apartment terrace so some of the buds fell off the canes, most are still there.
