First Time Re-potting an orchid

Hello everyone. I have just re-potted and orchid for the first time. It is a phal. Here are some pics. Please let me know how I did. Any pointers and suggestions are more than welcome. If anyone wants more pics just let me know! Thanks everyone!

That looks good to me! Just wipe that medium from the leaves (all leaves should stay above the potting medium), and it should be just fine! Nice job!

I agree with Gabi...I also like the light grass green color of the leaves...Exactly the color they should be...Betty

Thanks again people! It means alot to me to hear from the pros that I did a good job. Right after I heard I heard from you guys I re-potted another one. I think I did even better with that one. I have one more plant to repot but it hasn't lost it's blooms yet. But it is showing new growth, it has a new leaf growing really fast. It has been blooming for a few months now. How much longer do you think it will go for?

Little paint brush to sweep off the extra medium after it dries. One thing about the orchids I grow...no muddy hands!

A pinch of cinnamon on the newly cut spike to seal the wound and to prevent fungus from the plant. Otherwise, excellent job.

It's hard to tell. I have a phal that I bought in January, already in bloom. It just dropped its last flower a week ago - more than six month of flowers from that lovely little thing! None of my others have gone that long, although phals will hold blooms for weeks and weeks.
