    Default Stapelia grandiflora

    Just opened today! It has about 20 buds, only 3 are opened. The smell is...OMG!

    Very pretty blooms - never mind the smell. Mine has never bloomed.

    Glad I can't smell it, but it sure is a magnificent-looking plant! Love the "hairs" on it and how it looks for all the world like a cactus. Thanks for sharing it with us, Gabi.

    Yew, mabye it is too moist for a Stapelia in your country!

    LOL I have Stapelia variegata, it bloomed for me last summer, and it should do again soon. The smell aint nowhere as bad!
