    My guess is more light is needed. Our Dockrillia wassellii puts out a tiny little spike(s) with great little blooms. Seeit at that link. It has grown so much now and the p-bulbs are much more plump.

    Perhaps you could ease it into brighter conditions instead of simply full sun? I would hate for your plant to get sunburn.
