    While I cannot identify your plant, I am fairly certain it is not lilacinum. Bulb. lilacinum is, as the name suggests, mostly white overlaid with varying amounts of lilac. Where the backs of the dorsal sepals are striped brown or maroon(it's hard to tell), lilacinum is spotted lilac. The pseudobulbs of lilacinum are also rounder and less elongated than yours. I think if you Google lilacinum you will see the differences.
