Paphiopedilum Yellow Leaves

Hi guys, this is the paph.sanderianum and I feel there is something not quite right with this one. One of the older leaves is turning yellow and the newest one is turning yellow. Although I have been refunded the amount for this one, I'd like to save it and do whatever I can with your help. I inspected the roots closely and its got TWO long healthy roots, furry as they should be I suppose for a paph. Please advice on how I shall proceed with it.

The yellowing could be from over watering. The orchid may be a bit over potted as well if it only has two roots.

I agree Bruce, so shall I wait for it to settle down and sprout more roots? It has just arrived and in my opinion looks like its straight out of the flask.
