I posted about this in your other thread with the beautiful Ascocdenda orchid. I thought maybe a chemical or fertilizer reaction since it is in more than one plant. Also, I thought maybe something to do with the ph of the water? All just guesses, really. Amey might have a much more reliable scientific explanation if he sees this thread.
