Vanda Manuvadee keiki problem

Hello out there to all you orchid enthusiasts and experts! I need a bit of help and advice. Attachments show a Vanda keiki I never removed from the parent plant. Its in a large pot and the parent and keiki are still growing fine. A few of the keiki leaves have these blotches that start as a yellow circle mostly. This is the worst leave and the only one so far to develop these brown marks. I have used fish emulsion with seaweed for some years and the last galleon I got was more oily than usual. Think this might be the problem? Sorry to ask, but I don't want this to spread if its a fungus, etc. AL

Hi Al, got your message. Are the leaves with the problems at the top of the vanda keiki or at the base? Do your plants dry off fairly quickly or do they stay damp after watering for several hours? Do you have a better shot showing the leaves on the plant? Sorry for all the questions, but it could be normal die off or it could be caused from poor air movement or like you mention, it could be the oil and sun causing a burn. Hard to tell from the photos you have here currently. Sorry.

I doubt that this is normal die off at least in case where the leaves are all yellow before they fall... unlike from the photo where half is still green. And if this leaf is from a keiki, it shouldn't
have died off yet, i think. It could be oil collecting where the yellowing of the leaves.... in any case I'll apply fungicide.... I hope this leaf came from the bottom of the keiki and not from
the growth point.

Bruce there at the top. I water daily by dunking in a large container(10 galleon). I gently help the leaves dry a bit by wiping. This greenhouse is hardly air tight, but no major drafts. I have a large portable swamp cooler and a humidifier going 24/7. Its to windy and cold out for fans yet, though soon that will change. Here are new photos. Sorry for quality. Bare with me on these pictures, I am trying. Oh, there still is a new leaf coming up on the keiki and mother plant. Thanks! AL

My guess is that the plants are staying wet to long and causing a fungus issue. It is actually good to have a fan on 27/7 - even in the winter moving the air around your plants.
