Nice looking plant! My plant has leaves going every direction, and yours has nice eye appeal. My plant is a few weeks behind yours on flowering.
Love these and yours just reinforces the reason why. Great job!
Seeing your picture just made me smile. Mine is just beginning to spike out. Your pictures will hold me over until mine begins to bloom. Thanks for sharing...
Very nice!
Just thought that I'd let you know that I now have a sheaf!! for the first time ever!! I put it under a daylight bulb two weeks ago and now to thank me for my kindness I have my first ever sheaf!

NOt nit-picking Susie, but actually its a sheath, not sheaf ; and the posher word is spathe.
I doubt if the su lamp is wholly reponsible, although it may have speeded up growth a bit - but this must have been developing ( unseen) for several months.
I hope it also has buds, and eventually flowers too - don't be too disappointed if not - some orchids like to tease, and produce empty spathes for a year or two before going on to do their duty !
Thanks for letting me know the correct terminology Dorsetman. On the sheath development I think you are mistaken because this lead is very new. This hybrid produces new leads every few months and they mature very quickly. It is impossible for this to have been developing for any longer than maybe a month because it wasn't big enough. I have two baby leads on it at the moment and they will be mature in about three to four weeks. This hybrid is fast growing. I hope that it does produce buds though, I have another three leads on the way to maturity so it should look very beautiful with lots of blooms.
My FAVORITE!
