Nice plant...I don't mean to be a stick in the mud, but is that it...? The others must look like weeds...It would never have received my vote. Have you ever been to our annual flower show here in Chiang Rai...? Leave your plants at home.

That is certainly worth "best in show" anywhere. I can't do orchidwiz on my iPad (it is windows only) so can't look up the parentage , but the canes look like Section Formosae - like D.infundibulum. If its a Malayan originating hybrid, I shall ave to watch out for it on a well knwn auction site where at least one rchid dealer offers a lot f interesting stuff.

I will, but ten times better...As soon as I figure out how to reduce all my pics for the site...Don't mean to offend anyone here...Just my opinion. As I said, it is a nice plant, it just surprises me that it won "best plant" when there must have been others to choose from. Kudos for the win...![]()
